Reflecting 90% of radiant heat, it protects components from continuous temperatures up to 500°F (260°C) and short-term exposure up to 1,000°F (538°C). The durable Kevlar aramid layer provides excellent abrasion and flame resistance, while double-stitched sections allow for easy cutting without fraying. The Velcro closure ensures quick installation over existing components, making it ideal for automotive, industrial, and aerospace applications requiring removable heat protection.

The Aluminized Kevlar Velcro Hose Sleeve offers advanced protection for hoses, wires, and cables exposed to radiant heat and abrasion. Constructed with a reflective aluminum outer layer and a Kevlar aramid fiber inner layer, this sleeve provides continuous heat resistance up to 500°F (260°C) and short-term exposure up to 1,000°F (538°C). Its lightweight design reflects 90% of radiant heat, ensuring sensitive components are shielded from high temperatures.

The Kevlar layer is now thinner and more flexible while maintaining excellent abrasion and flame resistance. Double-stitched sections allow for easy customization, as the sleeve can be cut to size without fraying or unraveling. The Velcro closure enables quick installation over existing hoses or wiring, making it ideal for applications where disconnecting components is impractical.

While the Kevlar layer offers exceptional fire resistance, the aluminized layer is not recommended for direct flame exposure, as it may melt.
